These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Voxio mobile application (“App”), operated by Voxio (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Voxio is a language learning application that allows users to practice speaking through AI-powered conversations, receive feedback, and improve language skills.

2. No Account Required

Voxio does not require account creation. Access to the app is linked to a device-generated identifier. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device.

3. Subscriptions

Voxio offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (“Voxio Premium”) that unlock unlimited conversations and additional features.

• Subscription title: Voxio Premium
• Subscription duration: monthly and/or yearly (as shown in the app)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

4. Free Trial

Voxio may offer a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the App or its services
• Using the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the system

6. AI-Generated Content

Voxio uses AI to generate responses. These responses are automatically generated and may not always be accurate. The App is intended for learning purposes only.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be updated at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
